To manage your vehicle fleet, you need to have a network infrastructure in the first place. We can utilize the existing infrastructure you already have or we can build a new infrastructure from scratch. All your vehicles, along with other equipment such as conveyors, stations, gates, and robots that the system needs to communicate with, as well as human-machine interfaces like tablets, phones, and Andon screens, should be connected to this network.
ROBOS Control software is a backend application that does not have a user interface. It is installed on a server and operates in the background. It manages all communication and the database. The responsibilities of this software include sending tasks and routes to vehicles, traffic control, and collecting and recording data from the system.
Robos Monitor is a web-based application that allows you to monitor the entire system. It can be accessed using computers, tablets, or mobile phones connected to the same network. With this application, you can see the location of vehicles on the layout plan, their current battery levels, and their active tasks. You can also access details about the system, including utilization rates and event history.

Robos Config is a web-based application that allows you to make changes to your system. With this application, you can modify existing routes, add or delete new routes and stations. You can also adjust the speed of vehicles for each route segment and configure the areas that laser scanners, used for safety purposes, will cover. You can even install the entire system from scratch using this software. We also use this software for all our installations.

Robos Notify is an Android-based application that notifies operators of any unusual or unexpected situations that may occur in the system. It sends notifications to mobile phones regarding vehicles that are unexpectedly stopped, delayed, or awaiting approval to proceed. The recipients of each notification can be predefined. For example, a notification about a vehicle experiencing a breakdown can be sent to the maintenance personnel, while a notification about a vehicle awaiting approval to proceed can be directed to the operator.
